Environment protection licences

eConnect EPA

You can now use eConnect EPA, the Environment Protection Authority's (EPA) online licensing tool, for a variety of processes relating to environment protection licences.

You can

  • start an application for a new environment protection licence
  • manage existing environment protection licences by
    • submitting an annual return at the end of a reporting period
    • applying for a variation of a licence
    • applying for the surrender of a licence
    • updating your contact details

Apply for an Environment Protection Licence

To complete an application for an environment protection licence you will need the following:

  • the licensee details
  • the licence type
  • any development consent information including approval documents
  • any scheduled or non-scheduled activities the licence is for
  • any spatial information you may have relating to the proposed licence.

Manage Existing Environment Protection Licences
