You can now use eConnect EPA to start an application for a new environment protection licence. Existing licensees can also submit their annual return at the end of a reporting period using eConnect EPA.
Apply for an Environment Protection Licence
To complete an application for an environment protection licence you will need the following:
- the licensee details
- the licence type
- any development consent information including approval documents
- any scheduled or non-scheduled activities the licence is for
- any spatial information your may have relating to the proposed licence.
