Targeted support of $5 million program over four years will assist NSW three metal recycling companies to improve and introduce new approaches and technologies to decrease the amount of shredder floc sent to landfill.

Delivered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and the NSW Environmental Trust, this program encourages metal recyclers to collaborate with industry associations or research organisations to achieve these goals.
