Love Food Hate Waste

Food waste is a complex economic, environmental and social problem. To help tackle the issue of food waste, the NSW Government supports the Love Food Hate Waste program.

The program’s focus is to reduce the amount of 'good' food thrown away. Love Food Hate Waste aims to increase awareness of the food waste issues and provide households and businesses with simple and practical advice about how to avoid wasting food.

Hey Tosser! litter prevention campaign

The Hey Tosser! litter prevention campaign provides free creative materials that councils, other land managers and the community can use in local awareness and education campaigns.

The materials (themes, slogans, images, printed materials and digital resources) contain images of litter and littering, prevention messages and reminders about reporting and penalties. Campaign managers can choose the themes most relevant to their situation. The materials are ready to use or can be tailored for local needs.
