The EPA’s Fraud and Corruption Control Policy is a key element in the fraud and corruption control framework required of all NSW government agencies. The objectives of the policy are to promote ethical conduct by EPA staff, protect the EPA’s reputation as an honest and credible regulator, assign accountability and responsibility for implementing the EPA’s fraud and corruption control arrangements and protect public assets.
