Reducing diesel emissions from coal mines
Non-road diesel exhaust emissions at NSW coal mines are a significant source of fine particle pollution in the NSW Greater Metropolitan and Hunter regions. The EPA conducted a cost-benefit analysis of emission reduction options, such as using fuels and engines that produce fewer emissions, at 64 open-cut and underground mines.

CSIRO methane emissions study
