Fixed penalty handbooks

Revenue NSW is a division within the Department of Customer Service which is part of the Treasury and Finance Cluster and is the government agency responsible for collection of fines. To download the latest penalty handbooks, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Commercial clients self service portal
2. Login, using the username and password supplied to you by Revenue NSW
3. Select "Download Fixed Penalty Handbooks"
4. Select the relevant handbook and download.
