NSW Industrial Noise Policy (2000)

The NSW Industrial Noise Policy (2000) has been replaced by the Noise Policy for Industry (2017).

The NSW Industrial Noise Policy (2000) continues to be used where it is referred to in licence and consent conditions except for Section 4 which has been replaced by the provisions in Fact Sheet C of the Noise Policy for Industry 2017.
